i was all excited to get new, hard sided luggage. took my first trip and when i went to get my luggage from baggage claim, only to find the it jaguar open with clothes hanging out. somehow, the zippers separated from being thrown around. it didn't happen on the way home. i bought straps to put around the luggage in case it hairbrush again. and guess what?? it did! ugh time to shop for a new one
honestly, the color was perfect and the concept was cute. the only downfall of this luggage was simply the fact that it carries a significantly less amount than your typical carry on suitcase. the problem is the second compartment, while it sounds nifty to be able to put your laptop and other important paperwork there, the issue ends up that you dont have enough space for the main compartment. the main compartment already loses about 2 inches of space because the space for the handle is built into main compartment. the zipper handles were also kind of annoying as well because you had to move them a certain way to get them to zip smoothly. overall if you're the type of person who only needs to pack for 2-3 days, then yes this is the product for you otherwise if you plan to pack for about 4-7 days, or pack shoes, get a different carry on. this carry on also does very poorly with checked-baggage. i got back mine all scratched up and blackened.
super lightweight and easy to maneuver. the dimensions are correct from what the product stated. but the quality of the interior is very thin and seems like it could easily rip. the exterior, especially on the stitching looks very low quality. i heard from reading reviews on this product that the locking system breaks sometimes so i will not be using that feature. definitely overpriced for the smallest bag option ($140). i do really like the ipad and laptop pocket! good feature! i just hope it doesnt get destroyed on the flight.
looked great on arrival and love the sakura pink color. however, after using the luggage one time, there is a huge dent in the corner of the 28 suitcase that i checked in with the airline yesterday. i'll also be filing a complaint with the airline, but i am pretty shocked that it only took one flight to see this level of damage (and i have checked multiple other hard-case luggage before without this issue).the carry-on size suitcase is great, no complaints so far. the laptop pocket is really convenient.
price was good, but i should've looked for a higher quality set. the pictures reflect one trip's worth of damage. would not recommend these to someone who travels a lot; however, if you travel very little, and don't care about how they look after being used once or twice, then these might work for you.
i'm torn on this review because i absolutely loved the smaller suitcase, but i had major issues with the larger suitcase.cons: i took the larger one on a trip to europe. after the very first flight there was a large dent on the top (see attached picture). yes it was still usable, but we had a few flights that trip and after every flight there was slightly more damage.now this might have been partially on me because i packed one side heavier than the other. but i wanted to mention this so other people were aware.pros: the small suitcase is amazing. its a good size for a carry on, and i love the separate laptop pocket. it makes it super easy to pack your laptop with a little extra space (i was also able to fit a 50ft ethernet cord in that pocket with the laptop). its gives you great separation from the rest of your items so if you need to pull it out quickly for security it's no problem, no more digging around in your backpack and jostling items to remove/repack. and the built in tsa lock is great. simple to use and extremely convenient. i like it much better than the separate lock i used to use. i did have to check in this bag on one flight and no dents or damage.overall i love the smaller suitcase and would definitely buy it again. if i hadn't gotten the dent/damage on the larger suitcase i would have said the same. it might just have been the circumstances of how i packed + how the suitcase was handled by the airline, but want to make sure people know this a possibility.
i read many reviews and thought this was the perfect bag, except i reset the lock and the lock won’t open. brand new bag, stylish and can’t even get into my bag which locked with my work computer. i am so very disappointed by this purchase. i’m going to have to smash the bag just to get my items out. do not purchase!!!
thing got beat up, dented, scratched, and torn up so easily on my 3 week trip to another state to visit family. laptop in the tech compartment got a dent, had to drop a pretty penny to get that fixed. i tossed it during my 1st week and got a new suitcase at the local macy’s.
i really wanted to like this luggage. it works great - i opened it to pack for my trip and the inner pocket arrived ripped. it glides fine through the air port and is light weight. my sister purchased the same set in another color- her putter zipper busted at the airport and had to be taped shut.
the suitcase is really cute and the lock system is nice. however, i only used it for one trip before the front laptop compartment started to tear off at the corner. i'll have to super-glue it or something.
