after a few months, the button to move to the right became very difficult to make work. had to press very hard, and several times, to move right on the screen. super, super annoying and now don't have a working remote. i don't see how to get a replacement remote. i never had this problem with the amazon fire stick. guess i need to go back to that and ditch roku.
still works but with constant problems from day one. this is about as good as it gets with roku. i am glad i have it but wish it worked much better. better than amazon tv due to chanel choice availability.
i been purchasing the roku firestick for over 5 yrs now and the last 2 i purchased in 12/2022 both of them stopped working 5/2024. does anyone else have this problem?? i went onto customer support followed every prompt and still nothing. frustrating....have an apple tv on my main tv for $145.00 don't want to spend the $$ for 2 other tv's but i have spectrum so limited with other brands....
i have two of these and it doesn't work consistently on either tv. it's very frustrating to point the remote at the proper place and only have it work a fraction of the time. i didn't have this issue with the other roku. i'm disappointed.
