outside is durable, lots of pockets and my kid loved it. unfortunately, the main zipper broke after only two travel uses. we did not get a lot of mileage out of this product at all.
this suit case is not your average carryon because of the front pocket with the cooler and room for the tablet which is not true …. so i packed for a 3 day trip to vegas the tablet was the only thing that could fit in the front pocket you can’t put anything else in there the space is tight … also if u use the cooler part you will only be able to pack on one side of the suit case … not worth it returning
i love the color. i love the convenience of having the laptop pocket on front. however, i did not realize that it took up so much of the space on the inside of the suitcase. once i put just shirts rolled up on that side, you really couldn't put anything in the outside pocket. had i not already taken the tags off, i would have sent it back because while i love the convenience of the laptop pocket, i need the space inside more. so, it honestly was a waste of money for me because i needed it for a vacation coming up and now i am not sure if i will be able to use it or not due to the limited space.
the outer shell is rather flimsy and can easily be pushed in. the interior space is not great for larger items like hiking boots. i can't fit my laptop (with case) in the front pocket when that same side is loaded with items. it did however, roll nicely.
very small. if it's just an overnight and you don't need alot of space then ok. the second bag doesn't even hold my compact hairdryer and make up bag. your better off just taking a back pack cuz that's the same amount of room. this suitcase does not expand like most do. also if you put your laptop in the front zipper you loose that side of the inside area. and if you put your laptop charger, mouse and external usb charger to use the top part use to charge your phone you can not close the zipper very well. both pieces are very small. however, it seems durable enough. i have used ita couple times as a carry on the only neat thing is the usb charge port on top the suitcase however you have to supply the charger and put inside the pocket on the inside so really not sure the reason for it other than you don't have to hold it persay? and the lock is a nice feature. other than that. small and durable that's about it. if i would have looked at my return window i would have returned it.
