my granddaughters feet kept getting caught in the front wheel... i think it would have been better if the front wheels were either narrower or wider. it's just wide enough for her toes/feet to get caught easily. she is 1.5 years old. maybe she was too young/small?
my son is tall-ish for his age but at 1 yr old it already seemed a little small for him. he wasn’t all that interested until 18 months at which point it was way too small. if your child is on the shorter height for age and is walking early it’s probably perfect. but if they are taller i would go with another brand. quality was fine and it’s sturdy and cute, we just had no use for it due to our toddler being tall.
this is not for a 1 year.. the bike itself is nice but lord it's tiny makes my 1 year old look like a giant. can't ride it because her knees are practically on the ground so she just drags it around. highly disappointed with the bike it needs the option to extend the height or something.
hello, it’s not a balance bike. balance bike only have two wheels and does not stand still by itself, precisely to train the child's balance without the need for training wheels. with this type of bike, your child will train strength but not balance, which is the specific function of balance bikes. after he grows up, he will still feel the need to use training wheels.
i got this for my girl's first birthday thinking from the recommended age and the reviews that she'd be able to use it right away. she has just started walking this week. she is not at all short and was in the 85th percentile in height when last checked. so why do her feet not reach the ground fully? she can only reach the ground with her tip toes and doesn't seem able to walk with this bike.
